Landscape Design Diploma
When you graduate from this 'project driven' diploma, you will be capable of successfully running your own landscape consultancy or adding that service to an existing construction business. Our aim is to provide high class landscape training with a modern twist. While teaching landscape design, we will also show how to use Computer Aided Design (CAD) software so you can efficiently produce designs for potential clients. We've developed the software and when you enrol, we will supply you with a copy of GardenCAD - CAD software designed specially for landscapers.
GardenCAD Software
We want students in this diploma to move to computer (CAD) drafting as soon as possible. We do not believe that you can work profitably in landscape design unless you move to CAD. Accordingly, every student who enrols in this diploma will be given a copy of GardenCAD Pro. This Windows tool is now a mature application. It is specially designed for landscape use, and has been developed over several years while we have been teaching CAD, and landscape design, to groups of students at a local TAFE college.
