Stage 1

There are a number of projects in Stage 1 of the diploma. These range from researching the history of garden design on the Internet, to a study of Botany, to some relatively straightforward hand drawing exercises. Resources on the Internet are used to study various techniques used to produce landscape plans using hand drafting. You produce several examples of symbols, a logo for your garden design consultancy and settle of a design for a north point for your drawings.

All projects call for the submission of material to us for comment and assessment.
