Major Project

This project is under development.

You will develop a complete plan for a site that you know (and have access to). This site should be reasonably large - a whole block with front and rear yard (or larger). You will need to generate a site invenory, including slope analysis, check soil and climatic conditions, produce a suitable planting list and generate a design with sustainable principles in mind. You design must contain an 'urban' wetland, underground tanks, suitable planting such that little additional watering is required for the planst once they are established, hardscape elemenst must show dimensions, details (boardwalk) over wetland, costing materials spec, several sheets.

You will treat the project as though you are going to manage the entire project and develop costings using spreadsheets, take into account tax rates (such as GST) leasing and hiring of equipment, manage Occupational Health and Safety  regulations etc.
