Using Google Earth as a design aid

This project involves the use of Google earth to capture an image of a small reserve near your home, scaling it correctly and placing some design elements on top of the image as shown below.

We will also develop a project which shows how an arborist might use Google to estimate canopy diameters and risk factors for trees.
